Cara Membuat Kulit Risol Anti Sobek

Bahan-bahan:

  • 500 gr tepung terigu
  • 3 sdm tepung tapioka
  • 2 butir telur
  • secukupnya garam, merica, penyedap
  • -/+ 1 liter air bersih

Langkah:

  • Campur adonan kering. Masukan telur dan air 
  • Aduk2 hingga rata dan dirasa tidak terlalu encer ataupun kental
  • Gunakan teflon anti lengket dan beri sedikit mentega
  • Dadar 1/2 sendok sayur di atas teflon,putar hingga permukaan teflon rata
  • Panaskan dengan dengan api 
  • Lakukan hingga adonan habis
