Kaldu Salmon Menyehatkan Cocok Untuk MPASi
Bahan-bahan:

  • 1 tulangan salmon sisa fillet
  • 1/2 siung bawang bombay
  • 1 siung bawang putih
  • 1 buah wortel

Langkah:

  • Rebus salmon dengan 1 liter air
  • Potong2 wortel masukan kedalam rebusan salmon
  • Lalu masukan irisan bawang bombai dan bawang putih
  • Tunggu sampai air agak berkurang,angkat dan saring kaldu
  • Masukkan kedalam plastik es,botol kaca,ataupun cetakan cube es ya bunda
  • Simpan di frezzer atau chiller,
kaldu siap digunkan kapan saya bunda,tidak perlu repot2 bikin lagi setiap kali si kecil makan ya bun,yuk bikin kaldusendiri lebih sehat dan praktis
