Tahu Rambutan isi Telur Puyuh 
Bahan-bahan:

• 5 buah Tahu putih 
• 2 butir telur ayam
• 2 bawang putih
• telur puyuh secukupnya
• merica secukupnya
• garam secukupnya
• penyedsp secukupnya
• telur puyuh (rebus dan kupas) secukupnya
• mie instan/mie telor secukunya

Langkah:

• Haluskan tahu
• Bumbui dengan bawang,merica,garam dan penyedap. Koreksi rasa tambahkan telur
• Aduk2 rata sampau tercampur semua. Bentuk bulat dan beri telur puuh ditengahnya
• Celupkan ke sisa telur tadi laalu gulingkan ke mie instan yg sudah dihancurkan
• Goreng dengan minyak panas. Dan sajikan

NOTE : isian boleh diganti apa saja ya mam misal sosis,kornet,daging cincang atau yang lain,

selamat mencoba mam
